FIRST OPEN TRAINING SESSION OF THE BULGARIAN NATIONAL CYBERSECURITY TEAM

On June 22, 2024, as part of the preparation and promotion of the European Cybersecurity Championship initiative, the Bulgarian national team will hold its first open training session. The event will take place at the unique Cybersecurity Center of the Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy in Varna, in collaboration with students from the Cybersecurity program.

What have we planned?

During the training, the main types of ethical hacking competitions - Attack & Defense and Jeopardy - will be demonstrated. The players will reveal techniques and strategies, and attendees will have the opportunity to see live how some of the specially developed tools by the team for Attack & Defense competitions are used.

Simultaneously, during the event, we will also participate in the active and expectedly intriguing Google CTF. This will give all attendees the opportunity to learn more about the world of Jeopardy - 'Capture The Flag' competitions, which are among the most popular in the field of cybersecurity.

After the demonstrations, we will share interesting stories from past competitions and answer questions from the audience.
