Rules

Here are some general rules for CTF (Capture the Flag) competitors:

  • All participants must adhere to the principles of fair play and ethical hacking. No cheating, exploiting vulnerabilities in the competition infrastructure, or engaging in any activity that violates the rules.

  • Competitors must register for the CTF event within the designated timeframe. Late registrations may not be accepted.

  • Participants must bring their own laptops and any necessary equipment. Only approved tools and software should be used during the competition.

  • Sharing flags (i.e., answers or solutions) with other teams is not allowed. Each team must independently solve challenges and obtain flags on their own.

  • Participants must treat other teams, organizers, and staff with respect and maintain a positive and sportsmanlike attitude throughout the competition.

  • Any activity that disrupts the competition, compromises the security of the infrastructure, or violates the law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, performing denial-of-service attacks, attempting to access unauthorized systems, or engaging in any form of malicious hacking.

  • If participants discover any vulnerabilities or weaknesses in the competition infrastructure, they should immediately report them to the organizers rather than exploiting them.

  • The competition will have a specified time limit. Participants must complete as many challenges as possible within this timeframe. The team with the highest score at the end of the competition will be declared the winner.

  • Violating the rules may result in immediate and permanent disqualification from the competition. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team or participant at their discretion.
